Great post. Most leaders don’t think about how they impact their team which is odd because a persons boss has a massive influence on their life.

I remember a boss I worked with who was an appalling bully and terrorized one of the administrators. Years later, that young lady told me she cried herself to sleep for a year because of that boss.
